SHIPPING INFORMATION

General Shipping Information

 
Packages are shipped in 1-2 working days. During our peak seasons, such as Christmas, packages may take 3-4 business days to ship. Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Standard Delivery. Most items will be shipped via priority mail or UPS depending on weight and size and destination. All items will have a tracking number that will be available within 24 hours of shipping. We will supply the tracking number when available.  Please note, the customer is responsible for any damaged merchandise if they accept by signature an item that shows physical damage by the shipper. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.

USA Standard Shipping Rates & Information (Allow 7-20 business days)   

Once you place your order and we process it, we will determine if any other shipping venue is more appropriate for your item and apply those charges, especially when tracking expensive merchandise, since we are responsible for the delivery. Please note that many items are drop shipped from the manufacture and we use their shipping method.

International Shipping Rates & Information 
All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. ACTUAL shipping rates will be charged. Actual rates are based on the weight and/or size of the package. You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site since all shipping is based on US postal rates. To calculate the rates go to USPS.com. The rate is determined when the package ships. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your counties limitations before ordering. There are no returns or refunds for out of country deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation from the US post office. Jenny’s Sewing Studio is not responsible for delivery outside the USA.

Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.

Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected within the week. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible. Jenny’s Sewing Studio reserves the right to ship a partial order if some items are not available. Back ordered items will be deducted from the order and not charged.

Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order. This also applies to any electrical items such as irons.
